Yoga Schedule:
Sunday Recovery Yoga - 10:15-11:15am
A restorative yoga class designed to support muscle recovery, reduce cortisol and injury risk, improve HRV and sleep. Includes gentle stretching, breathwork, and mobility to improve flexibility, speed up recovery, and promote overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels.
£10 per Group Class
1:1 sessions are charged at £40 per hour. Discounts available for block bookings - please contact us via email to discuss.
