Laura is known for her strength, positive energy and style, she is always striving to understand her students needs and has an especially positive outlook on work and life. Laura benefits from that unique ability whereby making people around her feel at ease in a variety of environments.

As a certified member of Yoga Alliance International, Laura prides herself in making classes accessible for all abilities by gradually introducing beginners to the yoga fundamentals of breath and movement at a slow and gentle pace. 

Laura encourages your time on the mat to be your own personal practice, there is no judgement or competition in her classes, let it be your own unique journey to inner peace, increased strength and flexibility. There are endless benefits to practicing Yoga and Laura is excited for you to embark on your journey with her to enjoy all of those wonderful results as your practice progresses.


Yoga Schedule:

Sunday Recovery Yoga - 10:15-11:15am

A restorative yoga class designed to support muscle recovery, reduce cortisol and injury risk, improve HRV and sleep. Includes gentle stretching, breathwork, and mobility to improve flexibility, speed up recovery, and promote overall well-being. Suitable for all levels.

£10 per Group Class

1:1 sessions are charged at £40 per hour. Discounts available for block bookings - please contact us via email to discuss.
